What if my order hasn't arrived?

Before contacting us, please:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't found, contact us at support@mooncraftboutique.com with your order number.

If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order at your own shipping cost.

Wrong or Damaged Product?

Please email us at support@mooncraftboutique.com within one week with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We'll resolve this as quickly as possible!
